My hair is about 18 inches long and it has become heavy enough where it breaks...AND I'M OVER IT! This is day three and I've been taking the "Hair Restore" product internally (it's an alcohol tincture containing saw palmetto, pygeum root, nettle, horsetail, rosemary, and burdock root), twice daily. Additionally, I'm topically spraying my scalp with the product and taking an over-the-counter saw palmetto extract. We will see if this strengthens and lengthens my hair.
